Exchanges

If your product arrives damaged in anyway, simply contact us at support@ashcroftglass.com and describe the damage. We will then arrange an immediate exchange. Any return shipping costs for the damaged item will be covered by us. As these decanters are mouth blown, some small air bubbles in the glasswork are normal and will not constitute and damaged product. Any request for exchanges must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.

 

Refunds
